Terms of Service

1. Services

SEG Refresh provides custom-printed Silicone Edge Graphic (SEG) fabric replacements based on the dimensions, specifications, and artwork you provide. We do not sell or install display frames or hardware.

2. Quotes

Quotes are provided based on the dimensions, material type (non-lit or backlit), and specifications you submit. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to change if specifications change.

3. Customer Responsibility for Specifications

You are responsible for providing accurate dimensions and, where applicable, information about your existing frame or keder size. SEG Refresh is not responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer. If you are unsure of your frame's compatibility, we recommend sending your frame model or a photo of the existing silicone edge before ordering.

4. Payment

Full payment is required before production begins. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Production and Shipping

Orders are produced and shipped by our production partner. Typical production and shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of quote. Shipment tracking will be provided once available. SEG Refresh is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because all graphics are custom-printed to your specifications, orders are not eligible for return or refund once production has started, except in the following cases:

• The item received contains a manufacturing or printing defect attributable to SEG Refresh or our production partner.
• The item received does not match the dimensions or specifications confirmed in your order.

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@segrefresh.co with photos of the issue. We will offer a reprint or refund at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEG Refresh's total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or event costs resulting from shipping delays or product issues.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of segrefresh.co after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
